About Edwin

Edwin’s knowledge has helped inspire and motivate

Edwin Ngwane is a passionate believer that anyone can get what he or she wants. He encourages people to believe that everyone can do, have and become more.

He calls himself The Few Who Find Gold, coming from a very humble background and got what he wanted in the corporate world of banking. Despite getting his dream job, Edwin did not settle and became an entrepreneur.

At an early age, Edwin realized that decisions define people. He has revealed in his ebook called "The Few Who Find Gold" about why in every continent, country, city, town, village or ghetto, whether the economy is good or bad, there are a few people who always find their way to success".

Edwin's mentor, (his grandfather, Edwin Ngwane Sr) taught him a number of great lessons about life. According to Edwin, his grandfather’s favorite quote was, “No one will change your life for you. Learn to depend on yourself to make the best out of your life”.

Edwin is the real deal with wide knowledge on how people build their lives using village concepts, ghetto hustle, corporate dynamics, and entrepreneurship grind.

He believes that it's okay to suffer for a moment, but argues that suffering for a lifetime is a choice. He challenges you not to settle for the status quo by becoming a go-getter who gets what he or she wants.

Hi there
My name is Edwin Ngwane
I am NOT a Magician or Prophet
I just inspire people to get what they want

If you want to get things quickly without effort

For some reason, people want instant results without effort. They want some "hidden" shortcut to getting something quickly.

I guess most people think a Motivational Speaker or Consultant, should get you instant results without any effort on your part. It doesn't work like that.

I know how long it takes to create a successful business, relationship, career or personal brand. It takes hard work, perseverance, positivity, patience and a winners' mindset.

So if you’re not prepared to commit to roughly ten times more effort than you’re expecting, I’m not your guy.

If you don’t want to change your mindset

The quality of Life depends on the quality of your thinking.

If you are not willing to change the way you think and adopt a Go-Getter Mindset, Edwin Ngwane is not the right person for you.

Find someone else. There are plenty out there.

If you’re looking for “The Easy Way”

It’s important you understand that nothing worthwhile comes easy in life. I am sure you can find someone who can advise you about "easy shortcuts" and that's not Edwin.

Because when I hear someone say, “What’s the easiest way”, what I’m really hearing is, “I’m not fully invested in the long term success of my own business, career or relationship… and I really don't care about my customers, company or relationship partner.”

And that really translates to “I don’t want to commit to work”. I also think you don't care about people.

But great things you see in life took hard work to create and takes hard work to maintain them.

Thanks for reading.
